
KiteDesk FLOW MVP
The journey to the MVP of KiteDesk FLOW was no small effort. We capitalized on the rapid prototyping to build what was essentially a new product in under three months.

After validating our prototype with users, plus raising the funds we needed, we were faced with the daunting task of bringing it to life.

See how we introduced and messaged our KiteDesk FLOW product for it's launch.
Through all our efforts, during the discovery and prototyping phases we landed on a more streamlined presentation.
Interestingly enough, during the prototyping and initial early adopter phases, we uncovered that our previously colorful UI was overwhelming, and caused confusion.
After a separate effort to fix this, we incorporated the new UI and color scheme into the FLOW related screens.
We adopted Intercom to assist with user retention and customer satisfaction. We used Intercom to deliver in-app information before and after the launch.
Images, videos, content, and links were delivered to users while using KiteDesk. Intercom allowed us to start a conversation with our users in the application at the time they need it.
This helped to increate visility, ussage, and decrease support requests.
